Another benefit to the running is all the wildlife we've been seeing lately. We are lucky enough to live across the street from the Southwood development, which has tons of lakes and trails. So for I've seen (and carefully avoided) a snake, a racoon with two babies, lots of ducks, geese, and cranes. Most exciting were four river otters that we saw when we were running extra early one morning. I've been kind of otter-obsessed lately, since the otter is the mascot of the new school that I will be working at in the fall. I've been searching out children's books about otters and trying to put together a little otter lesson plan, so I was super excited to see them practically in our own backyard! Go Otters!
ok. I'm embarassed that I don't recognize a single song on your list (except Love Song). Therefore, I'm looking up my itunes songs. Sweet Escape - Gwen Stefani, Footloose! almost anything by Queen, Anyway you want it-Journey, Michael Jackson 80s stuff, Crazy-Gnarls Barkley, Hey Ya!-Outkast,songs from Grease, Gunpowder & Lead-Miranda Lambert, Heartbreaker & Hit me with your best shot-Pat Benetar, Last Name-Carrie Underwood, Jessie's Girl-Rick SPringfield, Maniac-Flashdance, nothin better to do-Leann rimes, when in doubt 80s music and disco usually have good beats!
