Just in case the fattening recipe from the previous post gave you the wrong impression, I am proud to say that Stewart and I have been pretty successful in our running/eating healthy endeavor. We are consistently running for 30 minutes without a break- now we're working toward getting faster. Between the two of us we've lost a combined total of about 25 pounds! But here, look for yourself!

Not bad, huh? I even managed to inspire our buddy Andrew to start following the same running program, and hopefully we can find a 5K that the three of us can run sometime soon (while cute pregnant Jessica cheers us on!)
