I made a couple new recipes this week. Here are some good ones.
Turkey and Artichoke Stuffed Shells with Arrabbiata Sauce by Giada (Thanks Angie & Missy!)- made enough for one big pan (good for two meals) and one smaller pan to freeze
Chicken Enchiladas with Salsa Verde via Dreamland blog (love her Etsy shop)- this was really good, but next time I would mix the chili powder in with the chicken mixture, instead of sprinkling on top
Coconut Banana Bread with Lime Glaze from Cooking Light
And tonight I'm making (and decorating) Rice Crispy Treat Easter Eggs! Happy Weekend!
